What it is, and what it is not
What it is built around
Holdra is built around 21 CFR Part 1304 first. Florida Statutes §893.07 is applied as a state rule.
What Holdra is not
Holdra is a recordkeeping aid. It is not legal advice, and it is not certified, approved, or endorsed by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the Florida Board of Veterinary Medicine, or any other agency. The clinic remains responsible for compliance with the Controlled Substances Act, 21 CFR Part 1304, Florida Statutes §893.07, and the rules that apply to the practice.
This page is a product description, not a legal opinion.
State rules
Holdra's state-specific prompts cover Florida today. Elsewhere, check your state board or counsel.
Theft or significant loss
Notify your DEA Field Division in writing within one business day of discovering a theft or significant loss, then file DEA Form 106 (online) within 45 days. Report theft to your local sheriff within 24 hours (Fla. Stat. 893.07(5)). Holdra prepares the Form 106 details in this book. You file them on the DEA Theft/Loss Reporting site. Holdra does not submit the form.
