The clinic owns its records. Right now your records are saved on this device only. Export regularly. Holdra does not keep a copy. Improvement uses de-identified data (Fla. Stat. 474.2165(4)(c)). Holdra does not sell identifiable data. Dose lines can hold patient and owner identity. Fla. Stat. 474.2165 and Rule 61G18-18.002(5) bind the clinic. Holdra has no independent right to identifiable data.

Permitted use of identifiable records is to run the log on the clinic computer. Improvement uses de-identified data. A benchmark cell is published when at least 10 clinics are in the cell and no clinic is more than half of it.

Requests to the vendor need legal process. Holdra notifies the clinic unless notice is barred. Support cannot open this book. There is no copy on a server.

Breach notice follows Fla. Stat. 501.171 when it applies to data Holdra actually holds. Records stay on the clinic computer for inspection. Exit is the PDF and JSON export from that computer. Material privacy changes need 30 days' notice and an opt-in for a new use.

[OWNER/LEGAL REVIEW] Founding clinics: $490 prepaid for year 1, setup waived. Cancel within 30 days of paying for a full refund of the $490. After 30 days, year 1 isn't refunded. If Holdra stops the service, you get back the unused full months and 90 days to export everything. Year 1 does not renew on its own. Year 2 is $990 if you choose to continue. We'll offer it in writing at least 90 days before year 1 ends. Nothing is charged unless you say yes, and the same 30-day full refund applies.

[OWNER/LEGAL REVIEW] Standard plans are priced per clinic location: $149 a month or $1,490 a year with 1–5 vets, and $249 a month or $2,490 a year with 6 or more vets. Vets are the DEA-registered vets at that location, and each location is billed at its own price. Every plan has unlimited techs and staff and no setup fee. Monthly: Cancel anytime. Your plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Paid months aren't refunded. Annual: Full refund within 30 days of paying. After that, if you cancel, we refund the unused full months. Export of your records stays free after you cancel.
