Also covered
Waste and destruction
Each is its own line type. Destruction always needs a second person's PIN.
Loss and DEA Form 106
A loss opens the Form 106 steps and gathers the details you'll need. You file it yourself.
Biennial inventory
A printable biennial inventory. An opened Schedule II bottle is an exact count, saved with the book.
Trucks, bags, and kits
Each is a storage location under your clinic's own registration, and counted in your biennial inventory. Whether a vehicle or bag is proper storage in your state is a question for your state board or counsel.
Equine and farm records
One animal-ID field: microchip, brand, tattoo, ear tag, or registration, saved as typed. Weight in lb or kg, with an “estimated” tick when there is no scale.
House calls
A client's home address stays on the dose line it belongs to. A take-home dispense is recorded as a line. Holdra does not print take-home labels or suggest a dose.
